Bringing the whole community to the table
BarNone's convenings put people with lived experience beside lawmakers, corrections staff, employers, and advocates. Everyone leaves with more understanding than they brought.
What's next

We're planning our next gatherings and research briefings across Idaho, Washington, and Oregon. If your organization wants to co-host, if you have a story to share, or if you want to hear when dates are set, we'd love to hear from you.

A BarNone tradition
The release party
Our original signature event welcomed returning citizens back into the community with dinner, motivational speakers, local resources, and prizes. Speakers included people who had come home and thrived, public officials, corrections professionals, and authors.
The idea is simple. Coming home should feel like a welcome, not a warning.
